Established in 2000, Gansu Tianqing Group Real Estate Co. LTD is the largest real estate company in Gansu province, whose registered capital section was one hundred million. In just 16 years, Tianqing Group has successfully developed in cities all across China (including Beijing, Suzhou, Zhuhai etc.) Since 2013, we have expanded our business to Vancouver and Montreal in Canada, the YUL condominium become the largest local real estate project, is also the largest real estate projects in Canada for domestic mainland enterprises currently, and has built a good foundation for enterprise developing aim "based in Gansu, develop throughout the country, expand to the world". Although, its company legacy was built on a core business of real estate development, we also hold a well-diversified and heavy portfolio of financial investment, property services, hotel development, management, business entertainment, real estate brokerage, cultural business and education training. So far, we have owned 29 companies including subsidiary companies、branch companies、holding companies and participating companies, over 2000 employees.

As Integrated large-scale private enterprise group which has got “the dual qualification”, in the past 15years, Tianqing Group holds the spirit of “To be most respected”, which have developed Tianqing huayuan, Tianqing jiayuan, tianshui · Tianqing jiayuan, Dingxi·Tianqing jiayuan, tianqing·laiyinxiaozhen, Tianqing· New City,  tianqing international business plaza and tianqing international hotel etc, whose areas have reached about eight million square meters, and the taxes was 7.1 hundred millions.
